Small Groups

Connection groups meet at various locations throughout the Blue Mountain Community Church area. These groups provide a warm and caring family environment in which we can help one another apply scriptural truth to our everyday lives in a practical way. Connection group members develop a growing sense of concern for one another and also experience personal spiritual growth in attitudes and behaviors that are Christ-like.

Connection Groups meet in homes throughout the Blue Mountain Community Church area on different nights of the week. These groups follow the example of the early New Testament Church as described in Acts 2:42-47 by: encouraging authentic relationships with other Christians, learning biblical principles, using gifts and abilities to serve others, reaching out to others, and praising God while surrendering their lives to Him. Each week, the topic of discussion will be the message from the previous Sunday service.

Young at Heart (YAH) is a women's prayer group and Bible study for women.  YAH gathers at first for prayer and coffee, then they discuss a book about faith, and then they enjoy a time of sharing and fellowship.

YAH was started by Anna Mae Collins, Pastor Rick's mother, in 2005.  All interested persons are welcome.
