Our mission at MAMAS is "to educate, encourage, and empower moms to be positive, powerful, prayerful women of God through friendship, fellowship, and fun." Join us this year on our journey of learning how to encourage others and be encouraged. We would love for you to join us!
Connection groups meet at various locations throughout the Blue Mountain Community Church area. These groups provide a warm and caring family environment in which we can help one another apply scriptural truth to our everyday lives in a practical way. Connection group members develop a growing sense of concern for one another and also experience personal spiritual growth in attitudes and behaviors that are Christ-like.
Young Adult Small Group is for all young adults age 18-27.
Current Study: “Soul Detox”, video series.
Connection Groups meet in homes throughout the Blue Mountain Community Church area on different nights of the week. These groups follow the example of the early New Testament Church as described in Acts 2:42-47 by: encouraging authentic relationships with other Christians, learning biblical principles, using gifts and abilities to serve others, reaching out to others, and praising God while surrendering their lives to Him. Each week, the topic of discussion will be the message from the previous Sunday service.
We meet at the Boulevard Diner off Route 443 for breakfast and a topical discussion, to enjoy each others' company and share ideas and experiences. Sometimes we read passages from the Scriptures. Other times, we discuss a book. Mostly, we just talk. Bring a few dollars if you'd like to sip a cup of coffee or grab a bite to eat. Join us for a time of sharing and discussion!
Begins Sept. 13th
We spend time in God’s Word, followed by intercessory prayer for our church & community, our nation, and the church around the world.
The Teen Bible Study is designed to help teens better understand their Bibles through exploring the scriptures. The purpose of this topical Bible Study is to help teens learn how to dig into God’s Word and find answers to life’s questions.
The Graceful Stepmom group is a safe place to gather with other stepmoms to share our hearts in order to relate, encourage, and find blessings in the Stepmotherhood journey. Most importantly we pray for each other and point one another toward Jesus. We want ALL stepmoms to know they are NOT alone! Contact BMCC to be added to our closed Facebook page to stay up to date with our meeting topics and schedule. Or join us at our monthly meeting!
Currently we are reading “The Smart Stepmom” By: Ron L.Deal and Laura Petherbridge.
Open to all ladies! There is homework!
