Our Vision is to be the extension of God's
hands to meet the financial, spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of the
body of Christ at Blue Mountain Community Church. Also, we are to be a loving, yet uncompromising
witness to our
community of God's faithful saving nature!! This is the way the early church made
sure that no one was in need in the Body of Christ. Acts 2:37-47
Our ministry is based on three scriptures:
I John 3:15
- "My little children, let us not love in word,
neither in tongue, but in deed and truth.
James 1:22
-"Be ye doers of the word and not hearers only!"
Colossians 3:23 - "Whatsoever you do, do it heartily as to the
Lord and not unto men!!
Those who serve in this ministry are

2. Are encouraged and supported to minister at

3. Are available to help small group leaders in meeting the needs of the body!!
Blue Mountain Community Church members
convey their physical needs to their small group leader, who in turn contacts the
appropriate persons in the Community Care or Benevolence Ministries for the
help needed. Anyone in need and not attending a small group would make an
appointment to share their need with the Pastor.
Remember, the
Lord loves you and wants you to be able to say "The Lord is my shepherd, I
shall not want" (Ps. 32:1)

and a budget will be set up for individuals in need.

through their small group, that financial counseling is available, and that
